Seize The Day

Update from Theo and Shannon, as they leave Australia for their return journey to Britain over land and sea:
“Me and Shannon played our last gig in Oz at the Coledale RSL in Wollongong. Organised by dynamic Cath Blakey, who I last met 15 years ago when we blockaded the Abertawe power plant together, we were joined on stage by the Illawarra Union Singers and the great local drummer Damo. Raised $500 for POWA - Protect Our Water Alliance and brought together a lovely crowd of greens, socialists, peace and union folks, and we got to stay in the Royal National Park, sleeping in the same bed as the King of itinerant protest musicians, David Rovics. A piece of our hearts stays in Wollongong forever.”
